August 1 - Danny Kensey (6 - 9pm) - Bald Top is excited to welcome decorated Country singer/songwriter Danny Kensey to the BT stage for the first time. Having opened for the likes of Rascall Flatts and Brad Paisley, Danny’s edgy but traditional sound is exactly what country music fans of today are craving. Playing both originals and some of your favorite country hits, this is a can’t miss show for any country fans in the area!
August 8 - Don’t Look Up (6 -9pm) - Quickly becoming a regular staple here at Bald Top, Staunton’s own blues outfit returns to the Tapbarn. Specializing in blues and blues/rock, these guys are known for putting on a high energy show filled with familiar blues tunes night after night. It’s gonna be a great evening, some come out and join us!
August 15 - Mojo Parker Express (6 -9pm) - All aboard the Mojo Parker Express! One of the areas most accomplished and unique bands, the Express is bringing the mix of funk, jazz, rock, and blues back to Bald Top. If you have never seen these guys, you are missing out! This is one of own favorite bands and another phenomenal show awaits!
August 22 - The Reckless Brigade (6 -9pm) - What would an August evening in the Blue Ridge be without bluegrass? The Reckless Brigade will be pickin’ on our stage tonight and we want you here with us! Perfect for a night out on the lawn draped by the background of Appalachia, you’ll definitely be up and on your feet for this one.
August 29 - Tower Blues Band (6 -9pm) - There name says it all! Expect to hear your blues favorites from down the decades with the Tower Blues Band. Another local favorite and long established group, Tower has been rockin’ Bald Top for quite some time and we are thrilled to have them back again!

We are excited to welcome Scottish fiddler Paul Anderson to the Bald Top stage for the very first time! Join us Friday from 7 - 9 pm. Paul is a highly honored fiddler and considered perhaps the finest traditional Scottish fiddler of his generation. We are honored and privileged to have on at the Tap Barn!
